Mulching & bed edging
Look at the photos on this site: almost every one is a freshly edged bed with new mulch. It is our most requested job because the difference is immediate. We re-cut the edge by hand, clear weeds, then spread mulch at the right depth so it lasts.

Questions about mulching & bed edging
How much mulch do I need?
Roughly one cubic yard covers 100 square feet at 3 inches. We measure the beds during the estimate and quote a fixed price.
Which mulch colour lasts longest?
Dark brown or black dyed mulch holds colour the longest. Natural hemlock and pine bark look softer but fade faster.
Do you edge the beds too?
Always. Mulch without a clean edge looks unfinished, so edging is part of every mulch job.

Lawn mowing & weekly maintenance
Weekly or bi-weekly cuts, crisp edges along walks and beds, string trimming and blow-off. Same crew, same day each week.
Junk removal & property cleanouts
Yard junk, garage and basement cleanouts, renovation debris, full property cleanouts. Our own crew loads it, hauls it and it is gone in one visit.
Tree trimming & removal
Pruning, dead-limb removal, storm damage and full takedowns with our tree partner. Chipping, hauling, stump grinding and replanting by us.
Masonry, patios & hardscape
Paver patios, walkways, steps and stone walls. Built with the masonry contractor we partner with, planted and finished by us.
