When is the best time to trim hedges?
Most hedges in Massachusetts do best with a late-spring trim and a light touch-up in late summer. Flowering shrubs are pruned right after they bloom.
Can you bring an overgrown hedge back down?
Usually, in stages over a season or two so the plant recovers. We will tell you honestly if a hedge is past saving.

Pruning, dead-limb removal, storm damage and full takedowns with our tree partner. Chipping, hauling, stump grinding and replanting by us.
